Material Guidelines

As per the agreement, we will prepare the graphic files and print-ready materials.

Receiving Materials
We also accept print-ready PDF files and will charge a verification fee of at least €25 + VAT. Print-ready PDF files will not be corrected or modified without a separate agreement. Please ensure that the finished PDF file is technically accurate. Additional charges apply for modifications or adjustments to the material to make it print-ready. Corrections may affect the delivery time of the product.

Data Transfer and Format
Printed material can be submitted via Wetransfer, sent by email, or provided on a USB drive. Acceptable formats for the printed material include .pdf, .jpg, or .eps, although .ai (vector graphics) is also acceptable. Colors should be specified as process colors (CMYK), and if necessary, also as Pantone colors. Fonts must be converted to outline files. Files for cutting should always be in vector graphics format, such as Adobe Illustrator, .pdf, .eps, or .ai.

Material Size
Always aim to provide the material at a 1:1 scale with a resolution of 100 dpi (image printing 150 – 300 dpi). However, if the material is at a different scale, such as 1:2, 1:10, or 20%, 50%, etc., please mention this separately in the file name and in the material’s cover letter. For example, in Illustrator, the maximum document size is only 5000mm x 5000mm.

File Names and Attributes
File names should not include Scandinavian or special characters, as they can interfere with data transfer. Corner marks should be included if possible, according to the software you are using.

The trim line (color: white) must be set as a STROKE, in SPOT color, and named CutContour. It is advisable to leave a 2mm margin of the same color outside the line.

Cutting Margins and Corner Marks:

For framed sheets, margins are 5 mm.
For Roll-Up banners, top margin is 15 mm, bottom margin is 100 mm (Roll-Up banner length is 2100 mm, which includes the aforementioned margins).
For stitched products, consider any list-based margins and their required handling.
Cutting margins for single-sided prints are 5 mm.
